Not sure what it is about these stores, as can't put my finger on the problem? My wife and I often shop at high end stores both direct with manufacturers and Selfridges.
This is just my opinion, but it just seems like a bit of a jumble sale of stuff that is last season or lower quality and questionably genuine goods? kinda like a "posher" TK Max!! : -)
The staff are "stuck up" and not interested AND NO CASH REFUNDS!!
Won't be visiting again.
