I had added 2 more items in my bag and when I checked out I could not order them because they were out of stock (i.e. the stock on your website is not updated).
When I made the order, ANOTHER item was not in stock, so 1/3 (3 out of 9 items) of my order was canceled.
One of the items that arrived was defective, namely had a hole on it, so I could not get almost half of the items that I wanted!
None of the 3 options that I proposed could not be fulfilled and I just got a refund for the defective item.
The ONLY reason that I gave 3 stars is because Mrs Amy, from your Customer Service, was very kind and helpful. Otherwise, really poor experience.
Btw, this is something that I have highlighted on other websites, too, using the DHL service. While Barlin was pretty quick, I have to admit, it is rather annoying spending so much money on delivery and have the carrier telling you that they are not delivering the stuff where I live, that is less than 19km away!!! Some even deliver food in such a distance, never mind being a courier...
