I would have given a very good, apart from two issues - 1. Customer services email sent on the 30th June, received a confirmation message on the 1st July advising a response would be sent. Now it is 5th July and no reply.
Also, I live in Hong Kong and I have enjoyed many years of loyalty to Flannels and now I find I can not order for deliveries to Hong Kong and I cannot use my Hong Kong credit card. So my only option is delivery to the UK using Paypal, which is ironic as Paypal is linked to a Hong Kong credit card
