I have bought lots of designer items form flannels but I purchased a Canada goose zip sweater after 5 weeks and worn once the sleeve threads came apart and the flannels online help team are not interested they are palming me off to Canada goose
Even tho I read the policy flannels say after 30 days the would exchange if faulty joke well flannels you have lost a good customer I must have spent thousands in your stores and the first issue I have I get palmed off don’t think I will return that’s for sure don’t bother people no support when it’s faulty at all
