Awful service. Paid using their 'frasers' credit option. I returned the items and now I haven't had a refund.
Flannels keep telling me to contact frasers directly, but frasers dont respond to any messages or emails, and there is no alternative contact.
Flannels now have no solution to resolve this, even though this is a service offered by them! They have no interest in me getting my refund, so I am now out of pocket.
