I love shopping with Flannels they have such a great range, however I do prefer at the moment to go online as recently I visited both stores in Liverpool and Manchester, and the customer service was the poorest I have come across in sometime, in particular I was in Manchester last week looking for a new suit I have had my eye on a Paul smith one for a while, having browsed through the range and tried on a couple of jackets the assistant was 6 or 7 feet from me at no point did he look up acknowledge me or even ask if I needed any help, then to my horror another assistant some 20 - 25 feet away shouted across from where he was standing.. are you alright mate...!!! both myself and my wife were stunned he or the other assistant never made any attempt to approach us in an appropriate manner. As it was the suit was lovely needless to say I did not purchase the 595.00 suit purely really out of principle I'm not sure what Flannels teaches its staff but it still remains and should always be about the customer and the shopping experience, please teach your staff some manners and maybe to politely acknowledge them, they are not the brand they work for it...
