Ordered the Gucci Soho bag. Delivery was quick but was disappointed when I opened the package to find the bag wrapped in bubble wrap and Flannels bag. No sign of the original Gucci dustbag. Called up customer service, colleague A said just placed order for dustbag dispatch and it will arrive by midweek (Wednesday). Called up today Thursday said I'll check with colleague A and get back to you, didn't get back to me so I phoned up again and she said " Hold the line, I didn't check with my colleague yet". She then said that her colleague forgot to place the order for dispatch and it will be sent out today. Didn't even apologise, I said can I please have a confirmation email confirming that dustbag will be sent as I have been waiting for it. She was rude and said no, me telling you now is your confirmation !!. This is not the type of customer service you'd expect to receive from a retailer selling luxury goods !
