Originally ordered this Gucci bag from Harrods it came in a packed in a cardboard box. I then saw the bag on Flannels for £100 cheaper! So I sent the other bag back & ordered from Flannels. When the bag arrived it was delivered in a plastic bag!!! The bow on the bag was very creased & out of shape & it was very lucky it wasn't dented or damaged!
