Shipping is rather erratic, you never know how long it will take to ship the order. Prices are good, but I have never seen such loveless packing. Dolce&Gabbana dress just stuffed into a bag, and then the black garbage bag as an outer layer. High price garmets just stuffed into a black sac. And having to pay for returns is not nice. Processing the returns takes rather long, but to get an answer from customer service even longer. And they carged my card for a dress that was not in stock, it took forever to get a refund and then I got an e-mail sayin I have changed my mind about the purchase?!
