Ordered two Helmut Lang Jackets which I unfortunately had to return?
I must say Flannels are pretty quick in refunding you after they receive your garments back
and that's a good point to them!
Their delivery though is only one sided as you have to pay for returns- A minus point!
Other than that they are a good site with some great bargains too!
Will eagerly shop there again in future!
