I ordered my item a week ago..still haven't received it! DPD was supposed to deliver it on Thursday but they couldn't find my address and didn't even bother to call! I called and they told me to pick up from doodle the next day. I went and still not delivered... I kept checking online and still at their warehouses..it's been 5 days now! I contacted Flannel and got an automated response so not very useful. I called DPD and I stayed ages on the line trying to reach a rep. Finally spoke to someone, I am supposed to pick it up tomorrow but not holding my breath as they are awful and hence made my shopping experience with Flannels not so great.... **UPDATE** i have picked the item at set date.. and it was really nice unfortunately the size was not great on me. It was returned and refunded quickly.i just wish I was notified of the refund. But it was quick smooth.
