Well i ordered on a friday, and i was very impressed when the delivery had been made saturday the next day. However, the item was incorrect and took 7 days for flannels to refund me, therefore i did not get the item i wanted so cannot give above average as all the shop did was take 160 pounds off me for over a week then returned it
