I purchased some shoes last Tuesday for my daughters 16th birthday, received an email with the confirmation of the order less than a hour later, then the next morning I recieved one telling me they had be dispatched. Didn't receive till a week later, since I had to ring DPD to ask where my parcel was they didn't receive the parcel 1 day previous to when I had recieved it, Flannels emailed me saying they had delivered it to DPD on the thursday!!
