I shopped online and I'm happy with the ordering process. The items arrived quite quickly and when they did they were all fine, no picking errors or opened packages which is great. What isn't that great is the postage cost. Even on a £400 order I had to pay for postage. No click and collect option either, that's really poor. Then the size wasn't right on one or two things, so I had to send those items back and pay for postage again! I couldn't return or exchange at my local store but had to post it to one of the branches. Must be one of very few retailers that operates like this!
