Love this store. The staff are brilliant, always courteous and friendly and willing to help. In my book, that is what makes Flannels the best online shopping experience time after time. Great offers on most times too! Delivery and postal service is second to none. They use DPD as couriers and they never fail to keep me in the loop via messages to my phone about when to expect delivery, even giving an hour time slot!
