Flannels have always had a really good, well designed website filled with really good products at great prices. My latest order mirrored that and I got my order within a couple of days, at a much cheaper price than competitors. However I have ordered before from the website and had the complete opposite experience. The website was not updated regularly enough and the product I ordered clearly wasn't available as I waited weeks with no contact resulting in me having to call customer services and get an update. Customer service was really unhelpful and rude and then had to wait another week to have access to the money. The product was still on the website weeks after my experience. Update the website and improve customer service and it will be a really good company.
