I have shopped with flannels for about 20 years and always been happy until recently. I ordered some things including a pack of 3 underpants to, they were on the sale site@ £18, then I noticed I had been charged£36 when my confirmation email came and it was virtually impossible to find instant contact details for flannels to correct this. I rang C's after no reply from FB or email and was told I ordered wrong colour, but I did not see a colour optional it must have done it automatically, my point was I clicked on pic that said £18 not from £18 on a sale email site so was shocked at being charged£72 for 2 packs. Your video service persons attitude left a lot to be desired and not what I have come to expect from flannels.i am a disabled pensioner now and find it difficult to get into the shops now but I'm very wary now as I was very upset at the time. I have returned the offending items and await a refund of £72.
