I am happy on the whole with the service and product quality. However, without a customer service number to call to actually communicate an issue, I find this an issue. Contacting via email and resorting to twitter, is not an ideal way to communicate a problem. There is 'Returns' issue which should be addressed. Bad communication is not good for business.
