I think if you're spending 400 GBP+ on an item, the fact that you have to pay shipping is ridiculous. That's poor customer experience and frankly, looks petty - especially if you're a repeat customer as I am. I also think that the consistent decline of my valid credit card, and then waiting a week after my order went through to find out my card was declined AGAIN - was even more ridiculous. Flannels really needs to up its customer experience if you want to compete with luxury sites like Netaporter who actually provide free shipping and instant responses to customers...disappointing.
