Good products, fast postage.
I buy online a lot and having to pay for returns would put me off in the future, particularly if I could buy the brands elsewhere. I spent £12 in postage to return the unwanted goods, on top of the £5 postage to have sent to me in the first place.
Photographs of models wearing items is also helpful.
