With purchasing a £700 Canada Goose coat I was very disappointed when I was expected to pay £5.99 postage. The coat is nice but there was much less fur on the coat I purchased from Flannels compared to a second one in a different colour direct from Canada Goose. I understand the coats can vary. And with such a highly quality brand shop I feel returns purchased online should be able to be returned in store. So not only have I paid for shipping but also to return the item. But delivery time was quick.
