Flanneks offer decent discount in outlet section. I think they should either offer free delivery, or free returns... one out of the two should be free to the customer. I also think processing and delivery takes too long, and processes/systems should be improved for quicker distribution and delivery.
20% off birthday codes should be allowed against reduced and new season products. You could out a minimum spend of £60/£70 on discount items for it to apply.
