I have taken a star off for the disgusting delivery service of DPD and if Flannels review their courier service I would use again but not until. The communication with Flannels is good, their pricing is excellent. Let down by DPD. Driver tried to deliver to wrong address even though the door number clearly was shown on the door. Cost me £11:50 via my mobile to get through to a human to talk to and now DPD are refusing to address the issue and redirecting my complain elsewhere! Driver came back to address to deliver same day but wasn't warned of this leaving my elder in a vulnerable position. Shocking!
