I am waiting to see how Flannels responds to my concern regarding the beautiful dress I bought (one of 3) but that was stained/damaged by a couple of black (? oil) marks. I returned it hoping for an exchange for the same dress/size, or else a discount to have it specially cleaned etc. I hope to resolve this.
On another level I was disappointed by lack of response to earlier inquiries from customer care seeking specific info when london oxford would be opened, re VAT etc etc no response.
