I would provide a very good, in fact excellent score, but for the current policy of requiring postage paid on returns. I, and I'm sure many others, will either use Flannels less, or (in my case, especially) take fewer chances on interesting purchases, due to the fact of charging for returns. Your competitors will gain from this policy.
