I like the delivery, it has improved. I dislike your package, it looks like rubbish.
Also I am not happy to pay for my deliveries, as I am very loyal customers, I deserve free delivery and return.
Also you sometimes send not prefect condition bag with price over 1000 pounds, which is not acceptable. You should also send the brand new one to your customer.
