East to use website and orders simple to place. But I was given two vouchers, based upon my spend at the opening of the Southport store last year, one for £60 and the other for £30. I have been unable to spend these as the website wouldn't accept then serial numbers. The voucher said I would need a PIN, which they quoted, but nowhere did I find a space to enter the PINs. Hence they have gone unused and I feel rather cheated.
