Bought an expensive polo as a Christmas present and was upset to find out that the parcel had been scrunched up and pushed through the letter box especially when it takes a long time to earn the money to buy the goods. Delivery service needs improvement especially considering it cost £7 for standard delivery which is far to expensive in comparison to other retailers of your kind. Would of been nice to see a discount voucher come through aswell considering I’d spent well over £100 even just 10%.
