All in all a great service offering value for money and the customer service team always did their very best to help me find the answers I was seeking when ever I called them with my enquiries.
My only problem was that other online stores offer free delivery on orders as little as £9 and for Flannel to charge £6.99 for a small parcel weighing a few grams spoils lets the whole shopping experience down.
