Retail stores and online store need to be unified. I waited 4 weeks ror a shirt from meadowhall, including one wrong size delivery. Asked for money back only to receive a credit note. Ordered shirt online it arrived in less than 24 hours. Also ordered jeans online that did not fit. Returned using their provided collection service of which there is no info about online and received another credit not £3.95 less than purchase price and postage. Info needs to be clear on flannels site! Premium quality clothes should have impeccable customer services. Unfortunately not in this case. COME ON GUYS..!!
