Pro's - 2 orders from Flannels in last 2 weeks were both delivered very quickly and at a reasonable price.
Con's - customer service seems to be woefully slow or non existent.
When you buy a bag costing over £1000 to have it posted in a plastic bag(albeit with bubble wrap) seems bloody ridiculous to me!
Returns and collections SHOULD DEFINITELY be offered in store so problems can be rectified there and then!
