Bag I bought for wife for Christmas is pristine, Couldn't be wrapped any better. Excellent value for a designer bag. Would have given 5 stars but the courier they use somehow didn't track properly and I didn't get my e-mail with my barcode, so had to produce ID at pickup shop. Look forward to Oxford St store opening. Very pleased.
