Purchased bag for wife for Christmas. Perfect and well wrapped. Excellent value for designer bag. Would have been 5 star + but courier didn't track properly and I didn't have barcode to pickup. Had to take 2 forms of ID to receive from the drop off shop. Suggest Flannels consider dropping DPD. Very pleased with bag.
