The Gucci belt I ordered came within a few days of ordering which was good, however it came without the Gucci box.. emailed them but no response. Then when I wanted to exchange for a bigger size I was told I couldn’t swap at a store and had to send it away at my own cost and discretion, so decided to just keep it as couldn’t be fussed with the inconvenience. Happy with the product, not massively satisfied with the returns policy and the fact it came boxless.
