Flannels store in Meadowhall were really unhelpful! Terrible customer service!! Very rude! Ended up ording my product online, paid £6:99 for next day delivery! 5 days later my product came! Really not happy with the customer service at the store also not happy with the time it took for my product to arrive to me. Appalling after I'd spent £6:99 on next day delivery. If it wasn't for my boyfriend liking stone island clothing I wouldn't order from here again.
