The products are great! However delivery and returns are a joke. I paid £7 for delivery and that wasn't even next day! The item I received was too big so i took it to my local store (45 minute drive) to be told I couldn't exchange or return my item in store, the man who served me told me I'm more than happy to re buy the product in store then send it back? To me sounds like the company just wants more money out of customers! The fact that you pay £7 for delivery and then HAVE to pay to return it back is ridiculous especially when you don't get money back for the postage in the first place! Really disappointed in this as there are lots of great items on flannels but the delivery and returns policy is awful.
