I purchased a few items from flannels online of which one item was not suitable so thought I would return this to the flannels shop in silverburn but when I got there was advised there policy had changed and I could not return it , i explained I did not want a refund as I was going to purchase other items , I left the store extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing anything else from ur store
