The item size did not match measurements given so an exchange was needed. I could not do this in store who had the size I required in stock but it had to be exchanged online even though online was out of stock ???
I’ve had to return item for a refund wait for refund so I can go and purchase item else where. Refund not yet processed.
Very disappointed as this was a Christmas present that my husband now won’t have on Christmas Day. I will not shop online at flannels again.
