Bought a very expensive Valentino Cap, which come flattered as they did not provide any paper for the cap to hold shape. Several scratch like marks on the beak. They do not answer any calls and takes 4/5 days for a reply via email. When I did get a reply back, they were not sincere, they did not have a care in the world. It is a shame because the people in the store are usually really nice. 0/10 for customer satisfaction, same for your poor customer service reps.
