Ordered 2 Jackets from online received them a few days later than the delivery date given, returned 1 for exchange at a cost to myself which I had to return Special Delivery because of the price of the Jacket. The customer Service is a waste of time, only way to contact is by e-mail which they don't reply to, a company that sells goods at top end price should have a telephone contact to speak to someone rather than getting frustrated because e-mails not be en replied too. I am still waiting for answers and for the exchanged item sent back out to me. Will I buy online from them again? No!!!
