I was informed the bag would arrive on a certain day and so waited in all day and received nothing, with no information and no customer service number to call.
I have now received the bag but it has arrived incomplete/faulty. It is meant to come with a detachable cross body strap which was crucial to my choosing of the bag and it has arrived without the strap.
I hope the strap can be sent immediately.
