I ordered a jacket for my son to be delivered to pick up point and was Tod by email would be there on 27/12/17. Then had further email saying that I had changed delivery date to the2/01/18 (which I had not). Then got a further email saying item was unsuitable for delivery so was sending back to flannels. Tried emailing your company about situation and what was going on and all got back was automated email saying item has been dispatched. As u can imagine not very happy about situation so looked on your website for information about returns and find out that if item is returned a refund will be deposited into account so thought ok as not bothered about coat now but still not had refund 3 days later. instructed that would be there on 27/12/17. H
