Have been using Flannels for quite a few years now and the stuff is always top notch. The only reason I am rating a four as opposed to a five is the website - I have an account but forgot my password. I subsequently forgot and I clicked the reset password option but nothing happens i.e. a link being sent to my email. I have tried every time I purchase over the years but no change.
