Purchased a number of items in August 2016, nothing wrong with the products, they were as expected, however, I returned a number of unwanted items and waited for my refund to be processed.

Following months of negotiation, frustration and an inability for the business to take responsibility for an issue not related to the customer, I finally received a refund at the end of November!!
No compensation for the treatment received, no good will gesture no apology for inconveniencing the customer through this period, and no acknowledgement that the issue had nothing to do with me!!
Purchase with caution, use a credit card and always keep proof of postage...
