I have been purchasing from flannels for years with no problems whatsoever.
I recently ordered a stone island top which when received had the logo missing on the top left sleeve.
I contacted you straight away and I did receive a reply stating it would be several days for a reply due to backlog. I am still waiting which I am not happy about as I wanted to wear the top at the weekend.
