I recently bought in your Liverpool store. The staff were super helpful and very nice. It was my birthday and I had a such a lovely time buying several new items! Your website is great too and the delivery is very quick. My only negative is that it is very frustrating that when you phone a store you can never get through. The phone rings out. It would be going to be able to speak to the store. Overall I think Flannels is fab and I will definitely use your site and stores in the futur. Thank you Gemma Sowerby
