I have ordered items from Flannels quite a few times now and always without any issues, but the last item I ordered was sent wrong. I informed customer service, who never replied to my email and I feel that it is unfair to be expected to pay for return postage when it's not your fault. But on the whole there are so brilliant bargains too be had. Just customer service let's the online shopping experience down.
