I love the selection of clothing but when you order online there is always a high postage charge even when you spend £300+. Also when something is ordered on flannels.com you can’t return to a Flannels store, instead i have to post back which is a pain.
Overall i love Flannels and the website has much more selection than the Manchester store, and they always have great offers annd discounts in the outlet section on the website.
