The clothes are great but the delivery cost is ridiculous and no it's not free returns, you end up paying £10 between delivery and returns if you have to return something. The no refund policy in store isn't great either. I wear a lot of Hugo Boss but I always buy it from Fraser's because if I change my mind I can return it for a full refund.
