Happy with the service from Flannels but nice and simple but!, I think you need to sort out the delivery as between you dispatching my items to me receiving them the bag was ripped open and the Flannels bag inside ripped open and damaged to find somebody had looked at the contents and receipt then screwed it back up and put it back. I guess who ever this was it wasn't there size!. Be aware as I think you have a thief working for You!!
